William Lloyd Garrison and his newspaper, The Liberator, worked for the reform of Anti-slavery movement.

Further Explanation:

In year 1831, Lloyd garrison returned to England and started a newspaper which was known as ‘The liberator’. This newspaper was an Anti-Slavery weekly newspaper. Isaac Knapp was the co-founder of this newspaper. In the span of three years, The Liberator had three thousand subscribers with almost three fourth of the subscribers were from black community. Robert says his better long jump was about 1 foot farther than mays better long jump is he correct
victus00 [196]

Answer:

He is correct!

Explanation:

What you forgot to add to the question:

Mays jumps : 4 2/3 and 4 3/4

Robert jumps : 6 1/12 and 5 2/3

May:

- 4 2/3 = 12+2/3 = 14/3 = 4.667 ft

- 4 3/4 = 16+3/4 = 19/4 = 4.75 ft

Her best jump = 4.75

Robert:

- 6 1/2 = 72+1/12 = 73/12 = 6.08 ft

- 5 2/3 = 15+2/3 = 17/3 = 5.66 ft

His best jump = 6.08 ft

6.08- 4.75 = 1.33 ft --> about 1 (if you round it!)

"The ideals used to justify U.S involvement in World War I disguised real reasons for Wilson’s change in policy from neutrality
AlekseyPX

Answer:

Hi

Neutrality is experienced in Wilson's motto and in his opinion American foreign policy would not benefit from participation in the war. The road to war began just over two months earlier, when the German government tried to resume its war policy of underwater attacks without any restrictions on the coastal waters around the British Isles, including American ships. Given the ineffective armed neutrality that had been useless to defend ships against attacks by German submarines, on April 2 in a speech before Congress Wilson told parliamentarians that they should consider German actions as a declaration of war against United States people. Two days later the Senate voted in favor of Wilson's resolution and days later it was approved by the House of Representatives. It was then that on April 6, 1917, the president signed his official statement. The United States entered the First World War.

The framers include the supremacy clause in the constitution for what purpose
Shalnov [3]

The Framers included the Supremacy Clause in the Constitution because they believed that the national government needed to have more power than the state governments had.  They felt that the state governments had previously had too much power and that the country would be better off if the national government were more powerful.

First, the Framers felt that there would be no point in having a country if the federal government’s laws were not supreme.  If the states could pass laws that would override the national laws, there would be no real sense in which the states were united.  The Union would essentially just be a confederation in which all states were sovereign.

Hope this helped ;)
