I believe that line would be <span>"Like Plato, Aristotle, wrote extensively on the subjects of tyranny and the rule of law."
Because of this very view, both of these men were among the earliest figure that recommended a system of Government that later on evolved into separation of power (creating more than one branches of Government) that became the foundation of almost all democratic societies today.</span><span />

Fittoniya [83]

Answer:

the Thomas theorem

Explanation:

Thomas theorem: In sociology, the term "Thomas theorem" was proposed by Dorothy Swaine Thomas and William Isaac Thomas during 1928.

The Thomas theorem is described as a condition that states if an individual perceives a specific situation as "real" then it would be considered as real in its result or consequences as well. In short, a person's behavior doesn't only depend on the "objective reality" of a particular situation rather it depends on the person's "subjective interpretation" related to its reality.

In the question above, the given statement signifies the "Thomas theorem".

Svetllana [295]

Answer: Samantha

Explanation:

Samantha will be charged with the least serious offense.

This is because every other accomplice was either at the scene of the crime or participated in creating the weapon.

Jonathan built the bomb (an accessory before the fact), Kevin took her to the scene of the crime ( a principal in the second degree), Tammy was on the lookout (a principal in the second degree) and Samantha threw away the information and diagrams found in Deirdre’s bedroom.

Samantha will be charged with aiding and abetting and will be considered an accessory after the fact. Her action can only be seen as an obstruction of justice.

Generally, punishment for being an accessory after a crime is committed is less than the punishment received for being an accessory before and during the crime.
