A. In a forest, trees grow tall and branches grow long to get enough sunlight.

Most plants reach higher up to compete for sunlight, which allows them to grow even more. If the trees cannot grow faster than it's competitors, it may most likely die.

C. Leaves on trees turn green in the spring due to increased sunlight, which allows for photosynthesis.

As shown by nature, trees grow the most when they get nutrients, and when there leaves are green. If it is a different color during spring, there may be problems with the tree, such as diseases or lack of nutrients.

hope this helps

Overlearning"" in habituation (or below-zero habituation) can occur if __________________. A. several different stimuli are used
katen-ka-za [31]

Answer:

C. habituation trials continue after the response has disappeared.

Explanation:

habituation involves the complete elimination of a particular response (i.e, zero frequency of occurrence). If the stimulus cintinues to be presented for an additional number of trials, then, although no further changes occur, the response will exhibit lower levels of recovery (e.g, spontaneous recovery is reduced) as if the response would have fallen below a zero frequency.
