They also look at the possibility that there might have been a single place of origin and a later migration towards regions of Europe, Asia, and later on Australia and the Americas. Finally, they study the possiblity of interbreeding, assimilation, and hybridization between the Homo Sapiens and other hominin species, all from DNA information and studying of the skeletons, and tools, that have been found in fossil sites.
