The correct answer is C) the Song Dynasty developed gunpowder weapons while the Tang Dynasty did not.

The statement that describes a key difference between the Tang and Song dynasties is “the Song Dynasty developed gunpowder weapons while the Tang Dynasty did not.”

There were more similarities between the two dynasties. For instance, in government, the bureaucracy grew continually during both dynasties. Regarding differences, the Song Dynasty had less territory, faced more problems with nomadic groups, the military in the Song Dynasty presented problems and their members diminished.

Explain what did the United States government do to sell off the last part of the land for settlement
photoshop1234 [79]
I’m not sure what time period you are talking about, but the “last part” if the land for settlement you must be talking about the Native American land, the US government sold the land to settlers behind the the Native Americans back, and they sold even though they had a treaty and the Americans “gave” the land to the native Americans for reservations.

Why is it more difficult to end de facto segregation than de jure segregation?
Hunter-Best [27]

Answer:

Because jure segregation can be prevented with laws, but to prevent the facto segregation it is necessary to modify people's thinking and this is very difficult to achieve.

Explanation:

The jure segregation is the one that defines the segregation of groups due to legislation that determines that these groups should be separated and not be able to frequent the same places or use the same objects. As this segregation is created by law, it can be easily ended, with another law that determines its end.

The facto segregation happens due to the prejudice and the social intolerance between groups of people that present some difference. This type of segregation is very difficult to end, because there needs to be a change in thinking in relation to prejudiced concepts that are very well established and rooted in the population.

What is the belief about government expressed in the beginning of the Declaration of Independence ?
Olin [163]

Answer:

This part sets out important ideas about government. It says that “all men are created equal.” And they have “unalienable rights,” rights that no one may take away. These rights are “life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.” It says that governments are set up to protect these rights.

Mumz [18]

Answer:

C. The US had a military base at Guantanamo Bay.

D. The US had many economic interests in Cuba.

Explanation:

It's not A because let's be honest, that's a very dum answer

It's not B because that's an even more dum answer

So since there is more than one answer, it would be both C and D.

C because the US till this day has a military base in Cuba called Guantanamo Bay, where they send criminals.

D because Cuba was like "America's Playground" as it was controlled by them prior to their independence. Considering how close it was, it would be a good trading point.

Hope this helped m8!
