Hamburgers:  x

Chesseburgers ( sold more than hamburgers 61) : y = (x + 61)

We have the equation: x + y = 511

                                      x + (x + 61) = 511

                                      2x + 61 = 511

                                      2x = 450

                                         x = 225

                       

                                      y = (x + 61)

                                      y = 225 + 61

                                      y =286
