In order to find the least number of plums that can be shared, we have to find the greatest common factor of 6 ,9 and 12.

The greatest common factor of 6 , 9 and 12 is 3.

so if we have three plums.

For 6 children , we have 3 plums. So we can give half a plum to each child.

For 9 children , we have 3 plums. So we can give one third plum to each child.

For 12 children, we have 3 plums. So we can given one-fourth plum to each child.

This is how we can divide 3 plums equally among 3, 6 and 12 children.

Median is C. 72 (The number in the middle - 62 / 65/ 65 / 68 / (72) / 74/ 75 / 79 / 88)
Mean is C. 72 as well (Just add up all of your number, then divide by the amount that is there. *Solution 648/9 = 72)

Trilobites to concert tickets from her friend she pays $90 for the two tickets she looks at the tickets and see that each ticket
Setler79 [48]

Answer:

Her friend gave Sheila a markdown of $15.

Step-by-step explanation:

Given;

Amount paid for 2 tickets = $90

Actual amount for each ticket = $52.50

we need to find the markdown value did her friend gave to Shelia.

Solution:

each ticket = $52.50

2 tickets = Cost of 2 tickets.

By using unitary method we get;

Cost of 2 tickets = 52.50\times 2 =\$105.00

Now To find the markdown we will subtract the Amount paid for 2 tickets from the actual Amount of 2 tickets.

framing in equation form we get;

Markdown 105-90 =\$15

Hence her friend gave sheila a markdown of $15.

If on the unit circle C, the distance from P(1, 0) to the point T ( 4/5 , 3/5 ) is x, determine the coordinates of the point at
AveGali [126]

Answer:

(\frac{4}{5}, -\frac{3}{5}  )

Step-by-step explanation:

The point P(1,0) and T(\frac{4}{5}, \frac{3}{5} ) are on the unit circle C and the arc length from P to T is x.

Let us assume that point P - x i.e. the point obtained by moving clock wise direction along the circle from P is T'.

Because of the symmetry of the circle about the coordinate axes, the x-coordinate of point T' will be \frac{4}{5} and the y-coordinate will be -\frac{3}{5}.

So, coordinates of T' are (\frac{4}{5}, -\frac{3}{5}  ).

Here we must notice that point T' is the reflection point of T with respect to X-axis. (Answer)

Sum of two numbers is 20 their difference is 118
padilas [110]

Answer:

y = -49 x = 69

Step-by-step explanation:

make an equation

x+y=20 and x-y=118

then you can solve by elimination

x+y=20

x-y=118

=2x=138

x=69

69-y=118

-y=49

y=-49
