In the second one, goals should be realistic. Goals should not be time consuming. Goals should be specific, accurate, measurable , as well as realistic. We should not set a goal which we know we can't attain. For example, we should not set a goal that after two weeks i will fly with the birds. We know this goal is not realistic. This is a dream. And goals are not dreams.
