I will assume you would like the line

slope = (y2-y1)/ (x2-x1)

    m = (4-0)/(9-5)  = 4/4 = 1

equation of a line in point slope form is

y-y1 = m (x-x1)

y-0 = 1 (x-5)

y=x-5
