Explanation:

When you will observe,the table,  as week progresses , the total amount in Kristoff's account increases by $ 20.

Third week - First week =110 - 70

              =40

Similarly, Fifth week - Second week=150-110

    =40

Also, if you plot these points (1,70),(3,110),(5,150), on two dimensional plane, the slopes between two points are equal.

m=\frac{110-70}{3-1}=\frac{150-110}{5-3}=\frac{150-70}{5-1}=20

Given by point slope formula

m=\frac{y_{2}-y_{1}}{x_{2}-x_{1}}

2 m=40

m=20

Means , Kristoff saves $ 20 each week.

Now, coming to Kari's bank account

m_{1}=\frac{135-85}{5-0}\\\\m_{1}=\frac{50}{5}=10

So, the true statements are

A. Kari saves $10 each week.

B. Kari had more money in her account than Kristoff when they started their weekly savings.

D. Kristoff saves $70 the first week.

A.) Is true, because if you follow the graph, at each week, $10 has been added.
B.) Also true, look at the graph, Kari starts with 85 and Kristoff starts with 70.

The band club needs $1328 for decorations for this year’s concert. So far, they have $43. Find the minimum amount each of the 30
Mariulka [41]

Answer:

$42.83

Step-by-step explanation:

1: Subtract the amount they have by the amount they need.

1328-43= $1,285.

2: Divide amount they need ($1,285) by the total staff members (30).                Hence the equation is 1285 ÷ 30

3: Whatever answer you get from that equation is the answer

1285 ÷ 30 = $42.83

When you divide, you are setting the amount each staff member needs to donate by seeing how much money 30 people can give (equally) that adds up to 1285.

Hope this helps :)
