As bacteria and microorganisms invade every platform of the object we touch and even ourselves, we have to lessen and minimise the risk of these microbes from invading our body system.
The reason for cleaning dishes, utensils and food prep surfaces is somehow self-explanatory but in a more particular reason to minimise the growth of microbes that could cause our system to a lot of different disorders and complications.
This routine can help us prevent diseases such as:
Digestive tract complications like watery stool, hepatits, upset stomach and etc.
With lots of care, listening to all they say and do, even if you think it's silly...
Slow down and rest that is my answer
The best test would be a BMI. Hydrostatic weighing would just find their weight and wouldn't tell the doctor anything about the specific amount of fat on the body. There is no such thing as an MRK, and the Caliper test is a personality test. I hope this helps!
