Here's an idea:
"Do mice live longer when they are fed high-sugar diets." Collect two groups of young mice; one that will be fed low-sugar diets, and one will be fed high-sugar diets. Keep them on those respective diets for as long as they live. Research previous studies that have been done before and make a hypothesis as to what will happen in yours. Observe their health throughout the experiment. Make sure you count how long each mice lives. Determine an average count of years/months for both groups, and come to your conclusion.
