.6 would be greater. Thing about it.. the more zeros you have.. the smaller the number. Always choose the one with the least decimal places whenever you are trying to determine which decimal is greater. <span />

0.6 is bigger because that is 60 percent while the other is 6 percent. You could think of it as percents.
