Bending every day bend forward number 2 try to touch the sky with your arms number 3 bend your back backwards a little don’t know why but it helps number 4 sit down on the ground in kinda a spilt thing then reach and touch the grabs number 5 lift your legs up and hold your leg it helps for some weird reason number 6 sit down put your legs together and go forward and try to touch your knees or go even more last step weird jumping jacks so you do a jumping jack then go down and touch your toes or try. Do these for a week and you shall be able to touch your toes
