The quotient is basically the result of division exg the quotient of 4/2=2
well they are basically 376.0/93 and 376/93.01
if a number is after the decimal by itself, it doesn't matter, 2 is the same as 2.0 and 2.000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000.

the only difference between the 2 fractions are the bottom number which are 93 and 93.01
93.01 is bigger than 93 because it has that extra 0.01 at the end
basically fractions are
x/y means x divided into y parts so therefor, the bigger y is, the more parts x is divided into and the smaller x becomes

since 93.01 is bigger than 93, 376/93.01 will be smaller tahn 376.0/93 since in 376/93.01, the 376 is divided  into more parts

therefore, 376.0/93 is is the bigger quotient

376/93 has a greater quotient than 376/93.01 because 376/93 is 4.043010753 and 376/93.01 is 4.042576067. When you compare, 4.043010753 is greater than 4.042576067.

There is a bag filled with 5 blue and 6 red marbles.
Lorico [155]

There are 6+5 marbles.

Of those, 5 are red.

The chances of drawing a red marble are 5/11

Since you replace the marble you drew, the chances each draw remain 5/11

You cannot draw two red marbles without drawing a red marble on your first draw, so the odds of you making a second draw are 5/11. The odds of that also being red are 5/11… but we only care about that 5/11ths the time

5/11*5/11=25/121

Let’s figure out one more adjustment for the butterscotch chip cookies. The butterscotch chip cookie recipe calls for 12 ounces
Anni [7]

I believe it would 18 ounces of chips for 3 cups of flour. If you take half of 12 ounces then you get 6 ounces per cup of flour. Adding 6 ounces to the 12 would get us the total of the 18 ounces.
