1 3/5 = 1.6 and 14 1/2 = 14.5

I got .6 because 1/5 is 20%, 2/5 is 40%, (3/5 is 60%), and it keeps going.

Now that we have that all we have to do is 14.5 divided by 1.6

14.5 divided by 1.6 = 9.06
