(x - 5)(x^2 + 4x - 2)
n200080 [17]

Distribute sum groups

x(x^2 + 4x - 2) - 5(x^2 + 4x - 2)

Distribute

x^3 + 4x^2 - 2x - 5(x^2 + 4x - 2)

Distribute

x^3 + 4x^2 - 2x - (5x^2 + 20x - 10)

Simplify brackets

x^3 + 4x^2 - 2x - 5x^2 - 20x + 10

Collect like terms

x^3 + (4x^2 - 5x^2) + (-2x - 20x) + 10

Simplify

<u>x^3 - x^2 - 22x + 10</u>

Rewrite Ohm's law, V = lR to solve for the current, l, and then use the formula to find the current when the voltage is 0.6 volt
Andreyy89

Answer:

0.05 amps.

Step-by-step explanation:

I remember this one from high school.

V=IR (V=Voltage, I=Current, and R= Resistor) *Substitue values.

I=V/R

0.6/12

Divide \frac{6}{120} = 0.05 Ampere

A ping pong ball has a volume of approximately 3.4 cm3 ; the Earth has a volume of approximately 1.1 x 1027 cm3. Using scientifi
Mademuasel [1]

Answer

Find out the how many ping pong balls would fit inside the Earth.

To prove

Let us assume that the number of ping pong  would fit inside the Earth be x.

As given

A ping pong ball has a volume of approximately 3.4 cm³.

The Earth has a volume of approximately 1.1\times 10^{27} cm³ .

Than the equation becomes

3.4\times x = 1.1\times 10^{27}

x = \frac{1.1\times 10^{27}}{3.4}

x = 3.2\times 10^{26} (approx)

Therefore in 3.2\times 10^{26} (approx)  ping pong balls would fit inside the Earth.
