It is best to know that your information is coming from a reliable, trustworthy source that knows what they are talking about over an unreliable and untrustworthy source. If you look for information on how to get rid of a headache and stumble upon a unknown website that is untrustworthy then you could possibly end up causing your body more harm then before. Knowing who is behind a certain information holds that person/people accountable if your are further harmed using their information but it also put you at less risk for harm.
