  1. Casual leisure walking
  2. Bicycling at 5mph
  3. Fishing
  4. Stretching exercise
  5. Slow dancing

2. Medium activities:

Intensity level: 3.0 to 6.0 METS

Energy spent: 3.5 to 7 kcal/min

  1. Walking at moderate speed of 3 to 4.5 mph
