This statement is false. In this case, the driver is not in control of his/her emotions and actions. The anger in road traffic is characterized as an irrational response to a traffic accident. In some states, this is characterized not as a violation, but as a minor crime. If it's determined that someone was  expressing the rage on the road, he/she may receive several penalties, unintended driving, careless driving, too close. If it happens that we meet an aggressive driver, we should avoid any discussion and get away from the place.
