W (t)=4t+3;find w (3t)

Mathematics

12t +9

because you basically just take w of t and plug in 3t for t itself. This means you end up with 3(4t+3) and you evenly distribute, unless you want to simplify further you could maybe take it to 4t+3 but it just depends on the math youre doing. If you're taking calculus then you should be fine with the above answer since, you dont need to further simplify once you take the exam at the very end of your course. Hope this helps :)

Point estimate is the method of looking for an approximate value of some parameter - example: the mean (average) and it could be also the sample standard deviation of a population from random samples of the population.
To get the point estimate: 20 (people wearing hearing aids) / 304 (total random sample) = 0.0657894 or 0.066

6x+7=8x-13 solve linear equations
dmitriy555 [2]
When solving equations that have only one type of variable, you just get the variable on one side and the numbers on the opposite side.

6x + 7 = 8x - 13

Let us get the x on the left side.

Subtract each side of the equation by 8x.

6x + 7 = 8x - 13

-2x + 7 = -13

Subtract 7 from each side of the equation.

-2x = -20

Divide both sides by the coefficient of x. Which is -2.

x = 10

So, x is equal to 10 for this equation.

Number of rooms left excluding a quarter of 140 is: 105 rooms.

What is a Quarter of a Number?

A quarter is one-fourth. A quarter of a number is therefore, one-fourth of that number or 1/4 part of the number.

Therefore, number of rooms cleaned = 1/4(140) = 35.

A quarter of the 140 rooms is: 35.

Number of rooms left for cleaning in the afternoon = 140 - 35

Number of rooms left for cleaning in the afternoon = 105 rooms.
