There were several barriers of trade with the ming dynasty.
first the Japanese pirates posed a serious threat to sea trade as they kept on attacking merchant ships.
there was also a great mistrust for foreign powers and trade such that funding of trade and sea safety by the dynasty ceased endangering merchant ships more, which served to isolate China.
another factor have to do with the rise of the ottoman empires who controlled the Mediterranean, levying huge fees on merchant ships.

Explanation:

During the play, the women meet and eventually discover they are engaged to the same man. In the middle of the discussion, Jack and Algernon end up telling the whole truth, since their dishonesty was discovered. The women decide to leave and not keep in touch with either, because all the morality and persona of Earnest Worthing does not exist. However, men do not seem to care about this, as they keep talking about teas and cookies, maintaining triviality and false decorum.

Who was the role of scribes in Egypt? A. Keep government records B. Direct which crops to plant and harvest C. Command military
HACTEHA [7]

A. Keep government records.

Explanation:

Scribes were people in Egypt, who were usually men, who were able to read and write. This was rare for these times, so these people were very important. Scribes would keep attendance of different things, like taxes, government records, crops, and other needed things.

You had to attend school in order to become a scribe, learning to be able to read and write was a privilege. Normally these schools cost money, so people who were scribes normally had a good bit of wealth.

Scribes were very important during this time as they kept track of everything, between medical records to everyday life. Because of these scribes, we know a lot about ancient Egypt and how they developed and lived.

Anestetic [448]

Answer:

The correct answer would be D. brought Britain into the war

Explanation:

During this time, the British wanted no part of the First world war.

Germany couldn't breach the French Maginot line. So if going through, under, or over wasn't effective, why not go around it? This operation was called the Schlieffen Plan. This was pretty much attacking Belgium and going through Belgium to France.

Britain was allies with Belgium and didn't really like their allies being curve stomped by German troops.
