The correct answer is letter A.

Explanation: The founding fathers were afraid of some kind of manipulation of the people. They thought by creating this the people could not be manipulated in any way. Was a way to assure the "election of the right president".

Answer:

A. did not trust the judgement of the common people in electing the President

Explanation:

The American system of voting through the electoral college was created in the 18th century by the founders of the United States, who said they were concerned that citizens might not be judged when electing their president.

Broadly speaking, the major parties - Democrat and Republican - organize primaries to choose their candidates and then convene to confirm the nomination of who received the most votes. The country goes to the polls after a three-and-a-half-month national millionaire campaign. It takes 270 delegates to be elected.

Which members of society benefit from a mixed economy
xeze [42]
There might not be an objective answer to this question, but I would argue that all members of the society benefit from the mixed economy.

Mixed economy, as opposed to command economy, provides people - all the people - with more freedom, and this is good for people's emotional well-being  -  having the possibility of making choices is beneficial to us.

On the other hand, mixed economy, unlike pure capitalism, provides people also with security and better public infrastructure, from which again, all people can benefit.

In what way are muxes in Oaxaca accepted by society?
Nuetrik [128]
From the trenches, we have gained spaces that nowhere else have been won. This has made our culture tolerant to our identity," says Biiniza Carillo, a muxe. "The Zapotecs have a fighter culture. The man has a voice, the woman has a voice and the muxe has also earned a voice to reclaim spaces. We are fighters for our body, our space, our house," she says.

The muxes even have a defined social and economic role within the Zapotec society. Most take on traditionally feminine tasks, such as embroidery or craftsmanship, through which they preserve their culture. "The jobs we perform, from the time of our ancestors, have been only for muxes. We are cooks, embroiderers, weavers, ornaments makers and makeup artists. These are the five traditional trades of muxes," says Biiniza.
