Egyptians were smarter about things when is came to illnesses. I believe that is would be action as in them doing something to be sick or getting hurt. Other wise if you are talking about the "occurrence" of a season or something like that. they believed that illnesses can be caused by a variety of different things. like eating certain foods or drinking contaminated water. They also to believe that gods have something to do with illnesses. All in all I think the answer you looking for is action.

Aleksandr-060686 [28]

The nurse's highest priority when delivering care is to place the client on fall precautions.

Vertigo and hearing loss are two symptoms of the inner ear ailment Meniere's disease.

When you experience a loss of balance when you close your eyes during the test, the Romberg test is considered positive.

Guidelines and processes that have been modified to identify people who are at risk of falling and to give preventive measures to lower that risk in turn reducing falls and injuries connected to falls are referred to as fall precautions.

Some Universal fall precautions are:

1) Introduce the client to the surroundings.

2) Ask the client to exhibit calling light use.

3) Keep your call light handy.

4) Keep the client's personal items within easy reach of the client.

5) In the client's bathroom, room, and hallway, install strong railings.

Hence, the nurse's highest priority when delivering care is to place the client on fall precautions.

krek1111 [17]

Answer:Chemo receptors

Explanation:

Chemo receptors/ Chemo-sensors  are specialized nerve cells sensors that detect changes in certain types of chemicals le CO2, O2, and pH, and respond accordingly based upon location of the stimuli, and can be Direct or Indirect.

In the direct case, the  chemo receptors,  found in the carotid body located at the carotid artery  monitors and detects  levels of pH in the cerebrospinal fluid, oxygen and carbon dioxide in the blood and helps in breathing, the rate and depth of  of breathing according to a person's needs that is why it is very difficult for one to suffocate by holding their breath because these nerve  cells will  trigger back to the respiratory centers, an involuntary breathing response due to the critical signals  of chemicals they detect in the blood.

Indirect chemo receptors can be found in the nose and tongue for detecting smell and taste.
