The new coordinates are (0,1), (2,1) and (0,-3)

To get this answer, you add 3 to each x coordinate and add 2 to each y coordinate
A = (-3,-1) 
x = -3 becomes x+3 = -3+3 = 0
y = -1 becomes y+2 = -1+2 = 1
So A = (-3,-1) turns into D = (0,1)

x = -1 becomes x+3 = -1+3 = 2
y = -1 becomes y+2 = -1+2 = 1
B = (-1,-1) translates to E = (2,1)
