in order to terminate easement , <u>there are 3 methods that can be used:</u>

1. Either the owner is dead or the term for the easement is over.

2 Both the owner and the one who request easement merged their properties together so they both become the owner.

3. Abandonment. This happen when people just stop using the easement because they no longer need it.

Eric choose to terminate using step 3 because he no longer need it after , the developer built a public access road to the lake.
