I'm on the same question right now. I wanna say C, <em>Black & Decker sells its power tools directly to consumers on the Internet.</em>

The question asks about business buyer behavior which is pretty much businesses buying and selling to eachother. Lowe's is involved with Whirlpool brand items, Kroger is involved with purchasing items from other businesses/suppliers, and Kellogg is selling their product to other grocery stores (businesses).

Black & Decker isn't involved with any other businesses.

Anyways, I'd say C :)

EDIT: it is C, 100%. Just finished

Sveta_85 [38]

The correct answer is true.

It is completely true that most codes of ethics created by professional organizations have two main parts. One part outlines what the professional organization aspires to become, and the other part lists rules and principles by which members of the organization are expected to abide.

The code of ethics is an obligated set of ethic statements that serves one purpose in the Organization: that every member of the company follows the code directions and applies moral values in every decision-making process to have an honest company that maintains its reputation in the business and that public opinion can never question its procedures and decisions.

Alborosie

Answer:

The cost of goods sold that would be reported on the incoem statement is $70000

Explanation:

The cost of goods sold is the value or cost of the inventory that a business sells to its customers. The cost of goods sold for the year can be calculated using the following formula.

Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) = Opening Inventory + Purchases for the year - Closing Inventory

Thus, Elm Corporation has a cost of goods sold to report on this year's income statement of:

COGS = 32000 + 57000 - 19000 = $70000

The 20% off sale is a better deal than the $200 rebate or $150 coupon for the $1,500 dining set. The Porters budgeted $1,250 for
vovikov84 [41]

Answer:20% off is better and it is the only offer which is under the budget.

Explanation:Given,

The original cost of the dining set = $ 1,500,

If there is a off of 20%,

Then the discount on dinning table = 20% of 1500

= $ 300

So, the final amount of the dinning table after 20% off = 1500 - 300 = 1200 < 1250

Thus, it under the budget.

Now, in $ 200 rebate,

The new cost of the dinning table = 1500 - 200 = $ 1300 > 1250,

Thus, it is not under budget.

While, In $150 coupon,

The new cost of the dinning table = 1500 - 150 = $ 1350 > 1250,

Thus, it is not under budget.

Explanation:

Fixed Overheads Volume Variance = Budgeted Overheads at Actual Output - Budgeted Fixed Overheads

                                                             = $1.30 x 60,000 hours - $1.30 x 80,000

                                                             = $78,000 - $104,000

                                                             = $26,000 adverse variance

The fixed factory overhead volume variance is $26,000 adverse variance
