Chemical: Chemical energy is the potential of a chemical substance to undergo a transformation through a chemical reaction to transform other chemical substances.

Nuclear: Nuclear energy comes from splitting atoms in a reactor to heat water into steam, turn a turbine and generate electricity.

Kinetic: Kinetic energy is the energy of motion. An object that has motion - whether it is vertical or horizontal motion - has kinetic energy.

It would be awesome if you marked brainliest! :)

Using the evidence above a plain which color guppies would survive in each environment (prefator and no predator) and why
kkurt [141]

Answer:

As we can see from the graph above, brightly colored guppies would only survive in environments without predators, as they have worse camoflague thanks to their bright tail fins. In an environment with predators, guppies with plain/not brightly colored tail fins would survive better, seeing how while even placed in the predator's sight the guppies were less likely to be attacked when not brightly colored.

Suppose humans accidentally introduced a non-native species to a can of warriors bird to the region if these birds feeder school
jekas [21]
This would negatively impact the native bird species and the fish population as well as any other underwater species such as smaller fish and algae as they may have overgrowth and could even become an invasive native species over time because the food chain would be disrupted. The native bird species wouldn’t have much food supply and would either die off or migrate to another place, and the feeder schools of fish (large fish) would probably also eventually die off because they would be over dominated with multiple species feeding off of them. The natural food chain already established would be disrupted.

How does the dna repair enzyme photolyase prevent skin cancer?
Misha Larkins [42]
I think the enzyme photolyase is activated by light and can repair thymine dimers caused by UV radiation. Exposure to UV radiation is the main factor that causes skin cells to become cancer cells. These enzymes are involved in the repair of ultraviolet light-induced DNA damage when activated by light absorption.

One strand in a segment of a gene has the base sequence TGCTTA. What would be the complementary sequence of nucleotides found on
yarga [219]

The complementary sequence of nucleotides found on the other strand of DNA is ACGAAT when one strand in a segment of a gene has the base sequence TGCTTA.

Explanation:

Deoxyribonucleic acid is the one which carries the genetic information from the parent to the offspring. During DNA replication one strand of DNA replicates to produce another strand.

The DNA molecule have a anti-parallel structure and the two strands run in opposite direction. If in one strand in a segment of a gene has the base sequence TGCTTA the complementary sequence of nucleotides found on the other strand of DNA will be ACGAAT.
