The story starts when the Oracle of Delphi warns Acrisius, King of Argos, that his own grandson would kill him. Fearing that this prophecy would come true, he locks his only daughter, Danae, into an underground bronze chamber, to keep her away from all men.
I think it’s asking what the quote means so…
The meaning of “Does it means that we have learned from the past?” is when a person lives through many things and goes through many ups and downs in life. They will always learn new things and grow through each of those situations, each thing we go through helps us have a better understanding on what is right or wrong. We even learn the things we dislike or like or the ways we want to live our lives. An example for a better understanding is say there is a child who is watching his or her mom making dinner, they see the fire and touch it, it burn there hand and it hurts. The child won’t ever touch the stove again because he or she is learning through their mistakes and now knows that the stove is really hot and isn’t meant to be touched.
hope this helps a little bit with your answer :)
