Answer: the cost would be lower if you buy from the online distributor.

Step-by-step explanation:

Your medical practice requires you to buy 200 syringes.

At the medical supply store, they charge $0.79 for each syringe. This means that the amount you would spend if you buy the syringes from the medical store is

0.79 × 200 = $158

The same syringes from an online distributor cost $0.72 each plus $10.95 for shipping and handling. This means that the total cost of buying 200 syringes from the online distributor is

(0.72 × 200) + 10.95

= $154.95

Therefore, the cost would be lower if you buy from the online distributor.

Can someone give me the answer ?!?

Answer:

25%

Step-by-step explanation:

Probability = # of favorable outcomes / possible outcomes

favorable outcomes is what we want to happen ( throwing more than 3 pitches )

So to find the # of favorable outcomes we must find the frequency that the pitcher throws more than 3 pitches ( note: frequency of throwing 3 pitches is not included)

There are two possible outcomes of the pitcher pitching more than 3 pitches, 4 pitches having a frequency of 15, and 5 pitches which has a frequency of 10

So # of favorable outcomes = 10 + 15 = 25

Now we want to find the # of possible outcomes.

To do so we simply add the frequencies of each possible outcome.

15 + 20 + 40 + 15 + 10 = 100

So there are a total of 100 possible outcomes

Finally to find the probability of the pitcher throwing more than 3 pitches we divide favorable outcomes ( 25) by possible outcomes (100)

Our answer = 25/100 which can be converted into a percentage as 25%

Find the mean, median, and mode of the data, if possible. If any of these measures cannot be found or a measure does not repre
Contact [7]

Answer:

1. Median = 10.1

2. A. The median represents the center.

3. D. The mode(s) can't represent the center because it (they) is(are) not a data value.

Step-by-step explanation:

Mean of a sample = sum of the samples/no of the samples

Samples in increasing order:

9.8

9.8

9.9

10.1

10.4

10.6

11.1

Mode is the sample with highest frequency.

Median is the middle entry of the data.

Mean = (9.8 + 9.8 + 9.9 + 10.1 + 10.4 + 10.6 + 11.1)/7

= 717/7

= 10.243

Median = 10.1

Mode = 9.8 because it has the highest frequency of 2
