Yes they are. Multiply 12 by 1.6666666666666666666666666666667 (1.66) and you can get 20. Multiply 15 by 1.6666666666666666666666666666667 (1.66) as well and get 25.

Hoped I helped!

Yes they are you should use cross multiplication or just try dividing them and then compare the decimals When I divided them I got 0.8 on both of them making both of the equal.

Help!! <br> WHAT IS THE VALUE OF Y??
Anna11 [10]

Your answer would be C: 44 degrees.

1. Find the value for the third angle.

We know that two of the angles are y, but we need to find the other angle in order to solve this problem. There is a line connecting off of the angle, so for a moment, lets ignore the triangle and just look at the line.

A line is 180 degrees. That means that if we subtract 88 from 180, we can get the value for the third angle. 180-88=92.

2. Find y.

The total value of all the angles of a triangle is 180 degrees. Lets first find the value of two of the y angles combined. 180-92=88

Since both of the remaining angles are y, that means that they are equal. This means that all we have to do now is divide 88 by 2 to get the value of y. 88/2=44

y=44 degrees

I'm really bad at explaining things, but I hope this helped!

Answer:

No solution

Step-by-step explanation:

Me again. You can apply the same Theorems I posted on your other question, but ill give you a quick summary here. It isn't a triangle because of the  Triangle Inequality Theorem (I go into depth with it on the other question).
