The correct answer is B) natural gas.

All of the following are examples of alternative energy sources except natural gas.

Biofuels, natural gas, solar power, and hydroelectricity are examples of alternative energy sources.

Natural gas is fossil fuel, not an altenative energy sources. There is plenty of natural gas reserves in the United States- Indeed it is exported to other countries such as Mexico.

Biofuels are produced by biomass, that is matter derived from animals and plants. Is a good source of alternative energy with solar energy and hydroelectricity, that help to take care of the environment.

SO... Biofuels are the only one that is not environmentally sound. Natural gas is no greenhouse gas and is safe for the environment. Solar power is power from the sun. Hydroelectricity is the power that comes from moving water AKA dams.</span>

We're do we see the lasting legacy of the west African culture in our modern society?
Liula [17]

Answer:

A year before the Pilgrims made their famed journey to New England, signing the “Mayflower Compact” and thus inaugurating so many of the myths that we believe about our democratic origins, a very different ship disembarked in that older English colony to the south, Jamestown. Aug. 20, 1619, marked the arrival of 20 enslaved Africans in English North America, “bought for victuale … at the best and easiest rate they could” as recorded by the tobacco planter John Rolfe (Pocahontas’s husband), some 15 months before the Mayflower supposedly landed near Plymouth Rock.

Nookie1986 [14]

Farmers faced tough times. While most Americans enjoyed relative prosperity for most of the 1920s, the Great Depression for the American farmer really began after World War I. Much of the Roaring '20s was a continual cycle of debt for the American farmer, stemming from falling farm prices and the need to purchase expensive machinery. When the stock market crashed in 1929 sending prices in an even more downward cycle, many American farmers wondered if their hardscrabble lives would ever improve.
