(10,000,000) / (20) = 500,000

(10,000,000) * (0.069) = 690,000 in taxes.

So (10,000,000) - (690,000) = 9,310,000 in a lump sum.

In 20 payments it would be $500,000 minus the taxes.

($500,000) - [(690,000)/(20)]

($500,000) - [$34,500] = $465,500

One lump sum would be $9,310,00. If they don't charge you taxes if you get the 20 payments per year, you would get $500,000. If you're charged taxes you'd get $465,500 per year.

Scrat [10]

Answer:

C. the FIFO method separates the work done during the current period to provide measurements of work done during the current period.

Explanation:

When you are calculating production costs and equivalent units, FIFO method only focuses on the goods produced during the accounting period and basically doesn't consider previous costs associated to beginning inventory. On the other hand, the weighted average method includes both current costs and costs associated to beginning WIP.

A price ceiling is when the government or an agency of the government sets the maximum price for a good or service. It is usually set below equilibrium price.

Price ceiling increase consumer surplus and reduce producer surplus.

A price floor is when the government or an agency of the government sets the least price a good or service can be sold. It is usually set above equilibrium price.

Price floor increases producer surplus and reduces consumer surplus.

Producers would be advocating for a price floor because it increases their surplus, while, consumers would advocate for a price ceiling.

Consumer surplus is the difference between the willingness to pay of a consumer and the price of the product.

Producer surplus is the difference between the price of a product and the least price the seller is willing to sell the product.
