You need to also make sure whether the number next to 6 is greater or lesser than 5. If its lesser, you need to add a zero. If its greater, you need to add plus 1 to the tens place.

363 rounded to nearest tens is -- 360.

Its the same case for the hundreds place.

363 rounded to the nearest hundreds is ---- 400.
