There's the rough and smooth ER, mitochondria, golgi complex, etc. The organelles move around in the cytoplasm so there isn't designated organelles that are near the nucleus, unless you count the rough and smooth ER since they're attached to the nucleus...

They are natural chemicals produced by fungi and bacteria that act to control their bacterial competitors. For example, streptomycin stops protein synthesis in prokaryotic cells by binding to their unusual ribosomes.

Explanation:

Sorry if this makes no sense. Basically, the antibiotics will harm/kill cells like the prokaryotic cell, but it won't harm or kill any human cells that are essential. They'll kill bacteria, though. The chemicals in the antibiotics aren't compatible with the ones in the prokaryotic cell, so it'll kill it.
