You have to add 10 to both sides of the equation because you want to have your variable (in this case it's K) to be on it's own. K=-7+10 or K=10-7 Then you subtract 7 from 10 and you get k=3. Let  me know if you don't understand.

K-10=-7

K=10-7   Add 7 for both side.

k=3

What is the range of the 55 and 10
julsineya [31]
The answer is going to be 45. To find range you would take the highest number minus the lowest number but since you only have two numbers you would just subtract those two.

the length of a rectangle is 2 inches more then twice its width. find the widtg of the rectangle if the perimeter is ar least 10
Lelu [443]

Answer:

width = 16 inch.

Step-by-step explanation:

Given,

let the width be x

so, length = 2 in. more than twice its width = 2 + 2x

perimeter = 2l + 2b

we know,

perimeter = 100 in

so, 2l + 2b = 100

after inserting the values we got,

→ 2(2+2x) + 2(x) = 100

→ 4 + 4x + 2x = 100

→ 4 + 6x = 100

→ 6x = 100 - 4 = 96

→ x = 96/6 = 16

therefore, width is x so width of rectangle is 16 inch.
