If a law enforcement officer spots a driver crossing multiple lanes, they can automatically assume they are intoxicated.
VLD [36.1K]

The given statement is False.

If a law enforcement officer spots a driver crossing multiple lanes, they can automatically assume they are intoxicated. This is not true. It is a false statement.

Explanation:

When someone is unable to talk and behave the way he is supposed to be due to the use of some intoxicated material like alcohol or any drug, he is called as intoxicated.

When a person is driving and crossing multiple lanes, it is not usually assumed by the law enforcement officers that the driver is intoxicated. There could be several other reasons like some emergency faced by him, or he has to reach somewhere in the least possible time, or he might have stolen something and trying to run away, and many more reasons can be there.

charle [14.2K]
I don't agree with this statement. the two things should not have been put in a chart. Both are important, one on a short-term, the other on a long term. Not worrying about pollution and environment would mean the collapsing of our ecosystem, with a great danger to our entire species and with a number of effect over our biosphere.
