Let x be the number of costumers who order a salad out of 1000 customers,

\implies \frac{x}{1000}=\frac{74}{200}

200x=74000

\implies x = \frac{74000}{200}=370

I'm pretty sure that you would divide 1000/200 and get 5 then multiply it by 74 to get 370. So 370 customers will probably order a salad.
