Question

My puppy is 9 weeks she started acting weird after my smoke alarm inside my house went off. When the smoke alarm went off she tried to put her hide inside my arm pit probably to block the sound from her ears. At first I thought the problem was her eyes but they seem fine now and then I thought it was her stomach because she started throwing up, but she's fine now. I think the problem is her ears when I rub inside her earlobes she calms down but when I stop 1-2 minutes later she starts crying and shaking her head and shaking her ears. Someone HELP PLEASE.

The loud sound of a smoke detector is harmless to you, but to a puppy it is disorienting. it just made her "dizzy". The ringing will persist for a short amount of time. Do not worry. I am a vet part time
