In the US Supreme Court case, Roper v. Simmons, 543 US 551
(2005), it was ruled by the Supreme Court that the use of the death
penalty against people who are mentally disabled and people<span> who were under 18 when
the crime was committed is unconstitutional.</span>
In the story of Oedipus he was given a prophecy saying that he would kill his father and marry his mother. And in the end of the story he does end up killing his father and marrying his mother.
