Do not take or accept the ID as proof of age because it may be a fake or an altered ID. According to TABC, the ID must contain a physical description and photograph that matches the customer’s appearance. It means you cannot take the ID if there is an absence of either a photograph or physical description, such as height, sex, and eye color. It must have both a description and picture. You must also make sure the picture and description both match the customer making the purchase. If they don’t match the customer making the purchase, then you have good reason to consider they’re using someone else’s ID.

Greg, a self-employed plumber, commutes from his home to his office which is 10 miles away. At his office, he loads his truck fo
Tasya [4]

Answer:

26 Miles

Explanation:

As per IRS,

Commuting is a personal nature of expense, which is not allowable as deduction.

The following things are not deductible for Greg:

(i) Distance traveled from office to home and home office is not deductible.

(ii) At the end of day, 7 miles distance traveled towards home from Martin's dry cleaning is not deductible.

Deductible includes the miles traveled to the business sites from the office for Greg.

Therefore,

Deductible transportation miles:

= Distance traveled from office to smith's house + Distance traveled from smith's house to martin's dry cleaning

= 5 miles + 21 miles

= 26 Miles

Answer:

According to _____________, as an entity separate and distinct from its owners, the corporation acts under its own name rather than in the name of its stockholders.

C) Separate legal existence

Explanation:

This separate legal existence means that before the law, a corporation is a distinct person, just like every other person, with rights and obligations. It can enter into binding contracts. It can perform business activities within the ambits of the law. It has its own name and personality that is not intertwined with those of the owners or stockholders. It enjoys a continuous lifespan that can only be liquidated under the laws.

What is the value of Yutter's stock at the end of Year 1 using the dividend discount model assuming that the dividend payout rat
Blizzard [7]

Answer:

$557,000

Explanation:

Note: Missing word is attached as picture below

Retention Ratio = (Net Income - Dividends) / Net Income

Retention Ratio = (12500 - 3000) / 12500

Retention Ratio = 9500 / 12500

Retention Ratio = 0.76

Retention Ratio = 76%

Sustainable equity growth rate = Retention Ratio * Return on Equity

Sustainable equity growth rate = 76% * 15%

Sustainable equity growth rate = 11.40%

Expected dividend per share = Current Year Dividend *(100 + Growth Rate)%

Expected dividend per share = 3000 * (100+11.4)%

Expected dividend per share = 3000 * 111.4%

Expected dividend per share = 3342

Value of Stock = Expected dividend per share / (Cost of capital equity - Dividend growth rate)

Value of Stock = 3342 / (12% - 11.40%)

Value of Stock = $557,000
