Atopic dermatitis, in which Jeffrey is experiencing, could cause him to have an itchy feeling on his skin and make it red or leave red rashes. In order for it to be relieved or for it to heal, in a low does of topical corticosteroid, it is advisable that he uses the hydrocortisone 2.5%. It is a type of topical corticosteroid that will help him relieve the itchiness and the redness of his skin and in the same time, it has an anti-flammatory action that will help him in his situation.
