When you actively listen, you show the speaker that you understand what they are saying. true false?
egoroff_w [7]
True. If you are an active listener to make eye contact, ask questions, and listen carefully to what the speaker is saying. Someone who is not actively listening wouldn't be paying attention, thus would not be able to ask questions. They would not be making eye contact, and their mind would wander.

Which lines from ovid's pyramus and thisbe establish setting?
bagirrra123 [75]

Answer: "Next door to each other, in the brick-walled city built by Semiramis"

Explanation:

Pyramus and Thisbe is an opera by John Fredrick Lampe.

It is a Babylonian love story of a man (Pyramus) and a woman (Thisbe).

They were in love but their parents refused to consent to their union.

Their houses stood side by side and the only way they were able to communicate was through a crack in the wall separating their houses.

This line: "Next door to each other in the brick-walled city built by Semiramis" establishes the setting of the story
