Energy always flows from hot to cold so the best answer would be A. Even though it will be a small change due to the difference in masses and the difference in body temp and the pool water on a cool morning.

Hope this helps. Just remember heat/energy always flows from hot to cold. Never the reverse. So whatever is more hot has heat energy to give up to the other.
