I'll do the first two to get you started

===============================================

Problem 1

A = 3 = starting value

B = 10 = ending value

C = percent change

C = [ (B - A)/A ] * 100%

C = [ (10-3)/3 ] * 100%

C = (7/3) * 100%

C = 2.3333333 * 100%

C = 233.33333%

C = 233.3%

The positive C value means we have a percent increase. If C was negative, then we'd have a percent decrease.

<h3>Answer: 233.3% increase</h3>

===============================================

Problem 2

A = 9 = start value

B = 20 = end value

C = percent change

C = [ (B - A)/A ] * 100%

C = [ (20-9)/9 ] * 100%

C = (11/9)*100%

C = 1.2222222222*100%

C = 122.22222222%

C = 122.2%

<h3>Answer: 122.2% increase</h3>

a garden is in a shape of a rectangle ABCD and a semi circle AD the diameter of the semi circle carol is going to cover the gard
ser-zykov [4K]
The shape of the garden is composite figure of a rectangle and a semicircle. The area of that shape will be
Area = AB x CD + π x AD² / 4
Once the area is calculated, the number of boxes of fertilizer is determined
Area / 12 m = Number of boxes
After getting the number of boxes, the total cost can be determined

Given: ABCD is a trapezoid, AB = CD, BK ⊥ AD, AK = 10, KD = 20 Find: BC AD
alexdok [17]

Answer:

<u> BC = 10 and AD = 30</u>

Step-by-step explanation:

In figure-1 , AB = CD ,BK ⊥ AD,  AK = 10,  KD = 20.

Since, line AD is sum of AK and  KD, then

AD = AK + KD

AD = 10 + 20

AD = 30

Since, BC ║AD and BK ⊥ AD then similarly we construct CL ⊥ AD

so, BC = KL and AK = LD

KL = AD - LD

KL = 20 - 10

KL = 10

Since, BC = KL then BC = 10

Hence, <u> BC = 10 and AD = 30</u>

Determine the slope of the line that passes through the points (-4, 6) and (0,4).
gavmur [86]

Answer:

B.) m=-\frac{1}{2}

Step-by-step explanation:

use the slope rule

\frac{rise}{run} \\\\\\frac{y2-y1}{x2-x1}

Fill in values

\frac{4-6}{0-(-4)}

Simplify

\frac{-2}{4}\\-\frac{2}{4}

Simplify further

m=-\frac{1}{2}

Done.
