In several of the Microsoft Office apps like Word, Excel and PowerPoint etc. usually we can find an option called “Backstage view” which allows us to control parts of a file. This feature was usually given in the app versions 2007 and after that. If you click the “File” tab on top of the app window you can access the backstage view of the file.
