Answer:

B.7

Step-by-step explanation:

This one is pretty simple, just insert each number to find which one is true.

2(7)<18

14< 18 (true)

2(9) < 18

18< 18 (false because it said less than not less than or equal to)

2(36) < 18

72< 18 (false)

A survey about the student government program at a school finds the following results.
zhuklara [117]
I think you get 35% by first adding up everyone that was surveyed so

190+135+220= 545

Next you would divide 190 by the total number of people surveyed so

190/545= 0.348...

Since there is an 8 next to the 4 you would round up therefore getting 35%

I think that is how they got 35%

Please help me with this question
qwelly [4]

Answer:

3n + 3

Step-by-step explanation:

Mia is correct

When n= 1 , 3n + 3 = 3*1 + 3 = 3 + 3 = 6

When n =2, 3n + 3 = 3*2 + 3 = 6 + 3 = 9

When n = 3 , 3n +3 = 3*3 + 3 = 9 + 3 = 12

When n = 4, 3n + 3 = 3*4 + 3 = 12 +3 = 15

HELP!!! WILL AWARD BRAINLIEST!!!
nata0808 [166]
First, solve 10x + y = -20 for y: y = -20 - 10x

Next, substitute -20 -10x for y in the second equation:

-20 - 10x = 2x^2 - 4x - 16.

Rearranging, 2x^2 + 6x + 4 = 0

Simplifying, x^2 + 3x + 2 = 0

The roots of this poly eqn are -1 and -2. Therefore, x = -1 and x = -2.

One by one, subst. these x-values into y = -20 - 10x to find the corresponding y-values.

Your answers should look like this: (-1, y) and (-2, y) (different values for y).
