The range will NOT be affected since all we're doing is shifting everything up by 0.5, which visually means the distribution curve is shifted 0.5 units to the right. The difference between the largest and smallest value will stay the same. So that's why the range stays the same at 1.4

The mean will shift by 0.5 units if we add 0.5 to each data value, so,
New mean = (old mean) + 0.5
New mean = 3.17 + 0.5
New mean = 3.67

BRAINLIEST WILL BE GIVEN TO 1ST ANSWER THAT IS RIGHT
Anna [14]

The given info is sufficient to warrant the conclusion that both triangles are 45-45-90 triangles.

The measure of angle B is 45 degrees, or pi/4 radians.

The cosine of this angle B is 1/√2, or √(2)/2. This is approx. 0.707.

Shown below are the scatter plots for four data sets.<br> Answer the questions that follow.
11111nata11111 [884]
Clusters are when data is very close together therefore graphs 2 and 3 have clusters. The data doesn’t seem to fit the regression line very well like figure 4.

Outliers in data or scatter plots are when values are very separated form each other therefore scatter plot 1 is the only one that has outliers. It has blue dots that are very separate from its regression line.

Figure four doesn’t fit any of the questions asked.
Hope this helps!
