Answer:

Splicing needs to be precise and consistent. It involves careful cutting and pasting specific parts of the pre-mRNA (introns ans exons).

Introns are recognized are recognized and removed by the spliceosome, an enzyme complex made of protein and small RNAs.

Introns have a GU (guanine, uracil) nucleotide sequence at the 5´end splice site, and an AG (adenine, guanine) at the 3´end splice site. The 3´ site can also have a polypyrimidine tract (RPT) which recruits factors to the 3´splice site and the first adenosine required for the first step of splicing.

These are the borders recognized by the spliceosome which executes a two step transesterification reactions between RNA nucleotides.

After the first cutting step, the 3´ end of the released 5´exon is joined to the next one releasing the intron.

During translation, the mRNA sequence is read in groups of three nucleotides, thats why the RNA splicing has to occur precisely at the exon-intron borders as described in order to avoid resetting the open reading frame.

If the ovary does not enter the fallopian tube, it falls into the abdominal cavity and cannot be fertilized unless it finds it's way back to the uterus. Ectopic or tubular pregnancy would cause the fallopian tube to swell and eventually rupture.

Explanation:

When ovaries are released by the oviduct, it enters the fallopian tube, fertilizes and moves to the uterus where it is implanted. But if the ovum does not enter the fallopian tube, which could be as a result of an abnormality or the fallopian tube removed to prevent pregnancy or for medical reasons, then the ovum enters the abdominal cavity.

Pregnancy is still possible in this case if the ovum finds its way back to the uterus or IVF is been administered to the patient to induce pregnancy.

Ectopic or tubular pregnancy occurs when a fertilized egg is implanted in the fallopian tube. This is sometimes the case in the early weeks of pregnancy but eventually moves to the uterus. In severe cases, it would remain in the tube which in turn would make the tube swell and rupture.

Blastoderm: is a single layer of embryonic tissue that later develops to the blastula and divides into the three germ layers from which the embrayo develops
