<span>A Prokaryote typically will use flagella to move where it needs to go. The flagella spin and provides propulsion through whatever liquid the Prokaryote is currently residing in. Much like a boat's propeller. That is the primary method of locomotion for Prokaryotes.</span>

Answer;

-Flagellum (flagella; plural)

Explanation;

-Prokaryotes are single-celled organisms belonging to the domains Bacteria and Archaea.

-A flagellum is a whip-like structure that allows a cell to move. They are found in all three domains of the living world: bacteria, archaea, and eukaryota, also known as protists, plants, animals, and fungi.

-The primary role of the flagellum is locomotion, but it also often has function as a sensory organelle, being sensitive to chemicals and temperatures outside the cell. Flagella are organelles defined by function rather than structure. Flagella vary greatly. Both prokaryotic and eukaryotic flagella can be used for swimming but they differ greatly in protein composition, structure, and mechanism of propulsion.

What is not a dissolved gas present in the ocean
liraira [26]

The correct answer is option B, hydrogen.

The majority of the atmospheric gases are found in the sea water solution. In supplementation to oxygen and nitrogen, the most profusely found gas in the atmosphere, that is, carbon dioxide is found in the ample concentrations in the ocean waters.

However, hydrogen is not present, and if found it is found in minute concentration. Of the gases, nitrogen is the most abundant gas found in seawater, while oxygen is the second most abundant, and carbon dioxide is the most soluble gas, and one of the various constituents, which influences the pH balance of the ocean.

Red-green color blindness is a sex-linked recessive trait in humans. Two people with normal color vision have a color-blind son.
Alborosie

Genotype of Mother: XX°

Genotype of Father: XY

Explanation:

  • Since the Red-green colour blindness is a recessive trait , it will not be visible in a heterozygous female because dominant allele will mask the recessive allele.
  • Father has only one X chromosome, thus if the trait was present in  that X chromosome he must have shown the trait because all the alleles in Y chromosome are recessive.
  • Since the son has inherited the trait it is obvious that he had recieved the trait from his mother who must have been the carrier.
